About Carol

I am a licensed Realtor and a member of the Florida Keys Board of Realtors, with over 20 years experience as a licensed attorney in New York and Florida. I have lived in the Florida Keys since 1996, during which time I have been involved in numerous real estate transactions and appeared in court in many types of criminal and civil lawsuits. I am fully familiar with and can provide you with the necessary information about real estate contracts, financing, inspections, and the many areas of knowledge that are needed to make a sale come to closing.

My appreciation for detail and thoroughness and my persistence in achieving a goal goes even further back than my legal career. Before becoming an attorney, I was a registered nurse working with critically ill patients and the technical equipment needed to help them.
