I am a licensed Realtor and a member of the Florida Keys Board of Realtors. I have over 20 years experience as a licensed attorney in New York and Florida. I have lived in the Keys since 1996. I have been involved in numerous real estate transactions and appeard in court in many types of criminal and civil lawsuits both in New York and here in the Keys. I am fully familiar with and can provide you with the necessary information about real estate contracts, financing, inspections, and other areas of knowledge that are needed to make a sale come to closing.
My appreciation for detail and thoroughness and my persistance in achieving a goal goes even further back than my legal career. Before becoming an attorney I was a registered nurse working with critically ill patients and the technical equipment needed to help them.
